Rolled Mountain Creamery is proud to be Reno’s first rolled ice cream shop, bringing a fresh and creative dessert experience inspired by the street vendors of Thailand. What began as a simple idea discovered overseas has grown into a local favorite that combines craftsmanship, quality, and fun.
Each serving starts with your choice of a smooth cream base, traditional dairy or oat milk, poured onto a freezing metal surface, mixed with your selected flavors, and skillfully rolled into delicate ribbons of ice cream. Watching it come together is part of the experience, and every cup is made fresh right before your eyes.
The business was founded by U.S. Marine and entrepreneur Dillon Vance, who first encountered rolled ice cream while deployed in Asia. Captivated by the artistry and simplicity of the process, he returned home determined to introduce the concept to Northern Nevada. Partnering with Dorinda's Chocolates of Reno, Dillon created a place where creativity and quality meet, a space where each dessert is as unique as the person enjoying it.
