It’s no great secret that our innovative brothers and sisters across the Pacific are always imagining new desserts with Thai rolled ice cream being one of those dreamy and delicious concoctions. These tiny rolled ice cream rosettes are topped with all manner of over-the-top ingredients, from gummy worms and waffle pieces to teddy grahams, and fresh fruit.

First, you pick your cream base, either cow or oat milk (vegan option).
Step Two:
Second you choose your flavor (see menu).
Step Three:
Finally, the ingredients, which are in liquid form, are poured onto a metal slab, frozen, chopped, and rolled into mini tacos.
